ChungHwa Telecom Global, Inc. (CHTG) is an overseas subsidiary of ChungHwa Telecom (CHT), a government-owned premier telecom operator that provides local, long distance, wireless, voice and data communications to tens of millions of subscribers in Taiwan. Founded in March, 2002, CHTG currently operates in four offices in California. The company first launched its services in December 2002, providing voice and data communications between the U.S. and Taiwan. Aside from developing oversea businesses for CHT in Northern America, CHTG actively develops enterprise markets through its communications solutions, as well as residential markets with integrated value-added services, targeting overseas Chinese enterprise and communities.

For enterprise customers, CHTG offers a wide range of communication services including IPLC, ATM, IP-VPN, Internet access, voice value-add services and communication applications, such as video conferencing, web collaboration, and unified messaging, etc.. For residential customers, CHTG offers integrated communication, information, and content services, including pre-paid, post-paid phone card, voice value-add service, Internet service portal, broadband content service, video on demand, e-learning service, on-line game service, and unified messaging service. For carrier customers, CHTG offers long distance whole sales, carrier network infrastructure planning, implementation, and maintenance service.
