How does “ My Account” work?
Simply complete registration to Net2Asia.net, you can have a personal account to help you manage the activities on Net2Asia.net service. You can turn on/off the audio announcements when making a long distance call. Inquire your account balance/transaction details online. Set up NetPhoneBook and NetQuickDial for our Global Call service. You also can do online recharge/transfer over your account.

What if I forget my login name?
Please go to the login page, click on the “Fail to Sign In” button and type your email address. (Please use the same email account as your member registration) We will notify you the login name via email. You can also call our toll-free number and our 24 hour customer service team will be there to help you.

What if I forget my password?
Please go to the login page, click on the “Fail to Sign In” button and input your login name. The system will ask you to answer the secret question you picked while you registered. Then we will email you the new password. You can reset the assigned password once you sign in your member account. Will my account balance expire?
Yes, the account balance expires 6 months from your most recent recharge/balance transfer date.
However, promotional account value expires based on rule detail of each promotion event.
The expiration date is clearly marked in red on every important page of "My Account" section.
To extend your account balance, simply recharge your account,
which will take your existing expiration to 6 months from the recharge date. TOP

What is NetQuickDial?
You can tie the phone numbers of most frequent use home/cellular/office number to your PIN by using NetQuickDial feature. So you can skip PIN entry when making long distance calls from these phone lines. Simply pick up the phone and dial access number and destination number.

Simply go to “My Account” page, click on the “NetQucikDial” button and follow the steps to set up. Or you can call our toll-free number 1-877-988-5898 and follow the recording instructions to set up.

What's the conditions to make NetQuickDial work?
In order to make this function work, you need to turn on your Caller ID Display function on your phone (display incoming phone number) and make sure your phone line has no Caller ID Block being set (prevent receiver display your phone number). If you do have this blocking function on, you have to cancel the setting each time while making a long-distance call.
(Note: If you are using SBC service, please press” *82” to unblock. Otherwise, you can check with the local phone company or look into the phone book on how to cancel Caller ID Block setting. For cellular phone, please check the manual to unblock.)

Can I setup an overseas number to NetQuickDial?
This service is only available to home phones or cell phones within USA. It's not available to overseas cell phone roaming in the States. (Quick Reminder: If you're using overseas cell phone to make a call thru our service, you still need to pay the roaming fee which is expensive. Please use local phone if possible.)

What is NetPhoneBook?
You can create one short-code for each phone number and save it in NetPhoneBook. Instead of dialing a long string of numbers, a 2-digit short code will do the auto dialing for you,

How is balance calculated?
We use full-minute increments to calculate your balance, with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute on each call.

Can I change the PIN?
No. You can’t change the PIN; however, you can set up NetQuickDial to skip input the PIN.

Can I use Net2Asia.net Global Call service from a pay phone?
Yes. However, the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) allows a surcharge application to compensate services operator. In certain instances, a 55¢ fee may be applied and billed to your account when you use our service from a pay phone.

Will I be charged for call that isn't answered or in a busy tone?
No. You will not be charged if the line is busy or unanswered. If you are charged for a call which was not answered or in a busy tone, please contact our customer service and we will credit back to your account promptly.

Can I continue the phone call if I recharge my account immediately while hearing the one-minute remaining prompt?
No. Although your account balance will be credited immediately as you recharge it, the recharge value is not recognized by the system till your call made prior to the recharge is disconnected.

Yes. Net2Asia.net provides you NetCallback (Int'l Roaming) service that allows you to place calls from outside of the U.S. Currently, this service is available for most Asian countries: Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Macau, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Malaysia.

No. The promotion rates only apply to “Local Access Number” while making a long distance call. Making a long distance call thru “Toll Free Number” usually costs more.

It is applicable to the order in minimum quantity of 30 and maximum 200 NetCards with flat discount rate.

Of course, please transfer the NetCard balance to your account first. Then you will automatically get 1.5 times of your balance as NetBonus points. For instance, if you have $17 left in your balance, you will get 26 NetBonus points.

How to activate and use a NetCard bought thru volume-buy order?
To protect customers in case of the loss at delivery, all NetCards will be sent out as suspended status.
Please call the customer service during office hours (M-F PST 10:00am-6:00pm) to activate your cards.
